NOTICE BOARD

A reminder for those attending the Dinner & Dance

to be held at

Bury Lodge

Stansted, Essex

14th November 2009

This converted timbered barn is a super venue and very popular for weddings and parties, with plenty of space for caravan parking just at the rear of the hotel. It also has 29 rooms for members not wanting to bring their caravans, but wanting to stay overnight.

Dancing will be to the disco "Back 2 Back" and comes highly recommended by members who have attended a wedding at the venue.

We have managed to keep the price to £30.00 per head which is good news in these financially fraught times.

Please Note

Menu choice has to be submitted 3 weeks prior to the event, so if you are thinking of coming, or have already put your name forward, can you please peruse the menu and make your minds up?

There will be a menu choice sheet included in with your next club Magazine which is due out at the end of September, which you can fill in and return to me with your payment.

Alternatively you can fill it in on line and email it to me

Once you have made your selection be sure to add your name and press the submit button (not the email at bottom of page)
